Terms and Conditions

A down payment of 5% will be required on auction day and the balance will be due at closing. All successful bidders are required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site. Buyer(s) will receive possession of property at closing. The property is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer(s) fails to close and complete the contract. Buyer(s) will receive all the seller’s interest in the mineral rights. Buyer(s) will receive the farming rights for the 2026 year.
