To Tract 1, continue south on Higgin Switch Rd & turn west on Elbow Lane then turn south on Ridge Road & go ¾ mile to subject property on the right. Signs will be posted.
Terms and Conditions
A down payment of 5% will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing. All successful bidders will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site. Buyers will receive possession of property at closing. The auction is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract. The buyers will receive all the sellers’ interest in the mineral rights.
