Terms
A buyer’s premium of 1% will be applied to the final bid price. A down payment of 10% will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement and will receive possession at closing. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract. The sellers will retain ½ the mineral rights for 15 years. There is an access easement on the west side of the property. Offered with reserve.
