Location: 4790 N. Higgin Switch Road, Noble, IL. Go west of Olney on Old Route 250 and turn north onto Higgin Switch Road then go 2.2 miles to auction site.  Signs will be posted.

Open House on Monday, October 4^th from 4:30pm to 5:30pm

3 Bedroom, 2 bath home and full basement with laundry/utility room.

The house has approximately 1200 sq. ft.  It also has a 2-car attached garage and a large deck in the backyard.

Terms and Conditions

10% down will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing.    Successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement. The auction is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation.  Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract.
