Directions:

Tract 1 & 2 – From Rt 50 east of Olney, IL turn north onto Crest Haven Road go 6 miles turn west onto Hurricane Lane go 1 mile turn south on Wood River Road go ½ mile & Tract 1 is on the west side of the road.  Tract 2 is east down Parkwood Lane and road is currently closed to the east.  Both tracts mostly tillable.

Tract 3 – Go north on Wood River Road & tract is on the west side of the road across field.  Prone to flooding.

Terms and Conditions

10% down will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing.  Closing will be approximately 45 days following the date of auction.  All successful bidders will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site. Buyers will receive possession of property at the closing.  Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract.  Buyer will receive all the seller’s interest in the mineral rights.   Farmland is being sold subject to 2021 tenant rights & buyer(s) will receive the 2021 farm rental income.
