From Clay City go East on IL RT-50 and go 1 ½ miles. Subject property is on the South side of the road

Terms and Conditions

A down payment of 5% will be required on auction day and the balance will be due at closing. All successful bidders are required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site. Buyer(s) will receive possession of property at closing. The property is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer(s) fails to close and complete the contract. Buyer will receive farming rights for the 2026 season.
