A down payment of 10% and a purchase agreement will be required within 24 hours after the auction closes and the balance will be due at closing. Buyer(s) will receive possession of property at closing. The auction is offered absolute. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer(s) fails to close and complete the contract. Buyer(s) will receive the seller’s interest in the mineral rights.
