Location:  4603 Clark Lane (900N), Sumner, IL.  In Sumner, from Christy Avenue turn east on to Cherry Street go 3 blocks take Cedar Street & curve right then go back left on 960N go ½ mile curve right & go ½ mile then curve left on 900N go ½ mile to auction site on north side of road.  This property is approx. 2 ½ miles east of Sumner.  Signs will be posted.   3N – R13W – SECTION 11

Terms and Conditions – 10% down will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing.  Closing will be approximately 45 days following the date of auction.  All successful bidders will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site. Buyers will receive possession of property at the closing. The auction is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation.  Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract.
