Directions to Tracts 1, 2, & 3: From RT 50 East of Olney, IL turn South on to Shell Road (1600 E) and go 6 miles. Turn East on E Elbow Lane and go ½ mile to Tract 3. For Tract 1, continue East on Elbow Lane to the intersection of Elbow and 1700E. Tract 1 is on the corner. For Tract 2, turn South on 1700 E and property is on the West side of the road. Signs will be posted.

Directions to Tract 4: Go South of Bridgeport, IL on 800 E Bridgeport Road and go 4 miles to Collins Ln (500N). Turn West and go 1.5 miles. Property is at the end of the grass lane. Signs will be posted.

Terms and Conditions

A down payment of 5% will be required on auction day and the balance will be due at closing. All successful bidders are required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site. Buyer(s) will receive possession of property at closing. The auction is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer(s) fails to close and complete the contract. The Seller will retain the 2026 farm income.  All of the Seller’s interest in the mineral rights will transfer to the Buyer at closing.
