Directions to property:  From IL Route 50, drive through Claremont, IL to where the road comes to a “T” and turn west onto County Road 1000 N.  Subject property is on the north side of the road. Signs will be posted.

Terms and Conditions

A down payment of 10% and a purchase agreement will be required within 24 hours after the auction closes and the balance will be due at closing. Buyer(s) will receive possession of property at closing. The auction is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer(s) fails to close and complete the contract. Buyer(s) will receive all the seller’s interest in the mineral rights.
