Terms
A down payment of 5% will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site. The buyer will receive possession and farming rights of the property at closing. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract. The sellers will retain ½ of the mineral rights for 10 years or if in production, as long as production continues.
