3.4 miles north on Route 130 to Tracts 1 & 2. Turn west onto County

Road 2150 N to Tracts 3 & 4.  Signs will be posted.

Terms and Conditions

A down payment of 5% will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing. All successful bidders will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site. Buyers will receive possession of property at closing and after the removal of the 2022 crop. The auction is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract. The buyers will receive the sellers’ interest in the mineral rights.  Survey costs will be split 50/50 between seller & buyers if needed, for each tract requiring division.
