- Payment can be made in the form of cash, good check, cashier’s check, bank wire transfer or credit card (Visa, Master, or Discover). If payment is made via a credit card a surcharge of 3.5% will be added to your invoice.
- An internet fee / buyer’s premium of 8% will be added to the total of every on-line winning bid with a $1,000 cap per lot.
- Sales tax exemption ID or a Resale Number will be required for all purchases. If you do not provide this, you will be required to pay sales tax on your purchases.
- Items will not be released until invoice is paid in full.
- A bank letter of credit may be requested by the Auction Company during registration.
- TITLES: Titles and keys will be distributed on pickup day if payment has been made via cash or wire transfer. Titles and keys will be held for 7 – 10 business days if payment is made by check or credit card.

Neither the owner, trustees, nor Auction Company is responsible for items or accidents after sold. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees of any sort. All sales are final. Legal venue in any dispute/case will be held in Richland County, IL. All decisions of the Auctioneer are final and any and all announcements made day of the auction take precedence over printed material or any other oral statement made.
LIABILITY: In all cases, the Auctioneer’s liability, and the liability of seller, will be limited to the refund of your purchase price. The Auctioneer will not be liable for any amount in connection with the postponement or cancellation of this auction, or the withdrawal of any item or lot from this auction.
