onto Radio Tower Lane (900N), go ¾ mile & turn north on Hitch Road (125N) ¼ mile to subject property

on the west side of the road.   Tract 2 – Turn north on Glenwood Road go 1 ½ mile to subject property

on the west side of the black top road.  Signs will be posted.

Terms and Conditions – 5% down will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing.  Successful bidders will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site. Buyers will receive possession of property at the closing. For 2022 the Buyers will receive 1/3 share of the farm income & expenses. The auction is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract. The buyer(s) will receive the sellers’ interest in the mineral rights.  Buyer will receive a yearly lease payment for the oil tanks on Tract 1.
