Location: 8146 W 425 N, Patoka, IN.  Take Indiana 64 south of Mt. Carmel, IL.  After crossing the bridge to the

Indiana side turn east onto the first road (950W) then turn north onto 890W & follow the curves 1.4 miles

to 425N & take curve right 7/10 of a mile to subject property.  Signs will be posted.

CABIN ON THE RIVER

20% down will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing.    Successful bidder will be required to enter

into a purchase agreement. The auction is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation.  Earnest money is non-refundable

and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract.
