Indiana side turn east onto the first road (950W) then turn north onto 890W & follow the curves 1.4 miles
to 425N & take curve right 7/10 of a mile to subject property. Signs will be posted.

White River water frontage. This is a two-bedroom, one bath cabin down on the river. The cabin has tile floors, a/c & a newer metal roof. It needs a new water source – normally a sand spike is used. 20% down will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing. Successful bidder will be required to enter
into a purchase agreement. The auction is offered with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation. Earnest money is non-refundable
and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract.
