Terms and Conditions
10% down will be required on the day of auction and the balance will be due at closing. Closing will be 45 days following the date of auction. All successful bidders will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site. Buyers will receive possession of property at the close of the 2018 crop harvest. Seller will retain 2018 crop rent. Buyer will receive all of the seller’s interest in the mineral rights. The 2017 and 2018 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller. The auction is sold with reserve and is subject to seller confirmation. A bank letter of credit will be required for any bidder who is not in the Auction Company’s system of check-in. This may be acquired through your lending institution. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be forfeited if buyer fails to close and complete the contract.
