Rothrock Auction Service LLC established precedence when we started in the auction business. Our logo "Auctions you can trust" holds our company to a high level of service. Our staff was born and raised on a farm and we are proud to have good work ethics among our employees.

We have the latest technology available to make your auction a success. We use the Multi Par computer program that allows farmland and recreational ground to be divided into separate tracts if division can achieve a greater selling price.

We also use the Auction Flex computer system for selling of personal property which assists in buyer checking-in/check-out and clerking of the auction. Advertising costs are dependent on the quality and quantity of personal property to be sold. An estimate is given once the merchandise is reviewed. We are up-front with all of our customers and provide detailed information of all income and expenses regarding their sale. We provide to the seller a listing of every item sold at end-of-day on the date of sale.

We have the privilege of having a staff of family members that you can trust to set up your auction in a professional manner. Alta Krajec is our real estate and antique/jewelry specialist, Siddney Brinkely is our furniture specialist, Eldean Madden is our primitive and toy specialist and Bill Pflaum is our oil field equipment specialist. Duane Stephens specializes in cattle, farmland and general household auctions. Mark Rothrock specializes in real estate, antiques and everything else.

Mark Rothrock and Duane Stephens are the auctioneers. Between the two there is 30+ years of experience in real estate and personal property auctions. Mark is a licensed auctioneer and broker. Born and raised on a farm and is still operating the family farm. He knows the real estate market. By experience, interacting with the farm community and working with the local banks and attorneys we can make your real estate auction a success. We have a good relationship with rental property buyers and realtors and work with these groups to bring the buyer and seller together.

Our Real Estate listing division offers you a complete listing service. Our sales people have the knowledge and drive to get your property sold with the capability of the Internet. We can list your property and advertise it extensively through the entire world.

Our advertising goes worldwide throughout the internet. We also use the local and regional papers and use our extensive mailing lists to reach potential buyers. Advertising is what sells the property.
